kaleidoscopic thoughts

Just back from watching all London FA Cup semifinal in a TA’s room. Fair and to be frank, anticipated result at the end! Arsenal lost to a better Chelsea than that we saw in Q/Fs against L’pool. Not many Arsenal fans would agree that lose was justified though, because the Pole (Fabianski) fumbled with Drogba charging. Nobody is to be blamed except the bloody injury list (4 frontline defenders and 1st choice GK). Terry stewarded the defense line against deceptive Arsenal short-passing which had been difficult in that new Wembley. I never expected such a shabby refereeing in the most coveted match hosted by the so called best Football Association. What a disgrace! Penalties, yellow cards, free kicks at least a mistake in every part of the game. The pitch was awful as well which helped little in our short passing. Arsenal! I was praying that luck should be the 11th man in the place of Adebayor. My prayer was half unheard as defense line had to be shuffled too much that I see Drogba as an imminent goal-scorer. Anyways, football apart... Days are just passing by with no emotion of any sort which otherwise should have been either tighter or (p)sentimental. Yeah, indifference took over me. Hope the psentisemites returning on 22nd April would break this mental block. Passed was the VC tea-party which was preponed to 17th without all those job seekers who flew to B’lore/ Hyd. I was almost sleeping in the meet unless some prank named portrayed all the amusing girly characters of SitComs she (we as well) watched. Those were funny few minutes even though am pretty sure that she must have wanted to be serious. We do have fun, right?

I hardly saw anybody with that frightening nostalgic look on his/her face. It’s time for PS stations’ gung ho. Well last week was aaaaaawwwwesome because my close buddies Dayakar (Ohana) , Kaasi (embedded system InfoTech), Manasa (Dell with a tilted ‘E’) all of whom I look upon for their hard work, dedication got placed atlast. Guys! you proved perseverance can never be fruitless. Way to go! Ok, now I understand what the VC was trying to tell us at T-party (with no tea, though). This cool-headedness and trust in ourselves must the best way to beat this recession beast.

Our wing should be credited for ‘holding on’, without bursting as we had spent 3 days and nights without access to the internet. Emi assignments levu kabatti saripoindi...atu pakka political analysts, itu gamers andaru calm ga unnaru... goppee.. btw, April 22nd would be the end to all melodrama of my assignments.

Btw, how many of u could realize the usefulness of ‘phone book backup’ service provided by Vodafone (The Ad shown in IPL2)? Edo post lo already elakki cheppiinattu cheppa..ippuduuu cheptunna.. contacts backup pettukondi. Lekapothe mee kharma anthe inka :)

anatttu.. I got a complement from Hari that I am too used to blogging that I was not lifting my head up in the recent test series. Dude! that was an exam on Management course. I don’t want to let go any thought ‘fly’ away so was trying to hold back. Anyways, blogging is fun.
